Frequently Asked Questions
Practical answers for engineers, procurement teams, and international buyers sourcing titanium, nickel, and zirconium materials.
Ordering & RFQ
The information our sales and engineering teams need to prepare an accurate quotation.
What information should I include in an RFQ?
Please provide the material or grade, product form, dimensions and tolerances, quantity, required standard, destination, and target delivery date. Drawings or specifications help us review processing requirements and quote more accurately.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the material, grade, dimensions, and processing route. Standard sizes may support smaller trial orders, while custom rolling, slitting, or machining may require a production minimum. Send us your requirement for a project-specific answer.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
We normally acknowledge RFQs within 24 hours. Straightforward stock or standard-size requests can often be quoted quickly; custom specifications may require an engineering and production review before pricing is confirmed.
Materials & Customization
Product forms, dimensions, samples, and processing support for specification-driven projects.
Which materials and product forms do you supply?
We supply titanium, nickel, and zirconium materials in foil, strip, coil, plate, rod, bar, and wire forms. Availability varies by grade and specification, so we confirm the suitable manufacturing route during quotation.
Can you manufacture custom dimensions and tolerances?
Yes. Our processing support includes precision rolling, slitting, leveling, annealing, cleaning, polishing, cutting, and selected machining. Feasibility depends on material behavior, final dimensions, tolerance, surface condition, and order quantity.
Can I request samples before placing a production order?
Samples may be available for material verification or process trials. Sample size, cost, documentation, and lead time depend on stock availability and whether custom processing is required.
Quality & Documentation
Traceability, inspection records, certificates, and document support for industrial procurement.
What quality certifications do you hold?
Our available documents include ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certifications, together with RoHS test reports for selected titanium products. Current files can be reviewed on our Supplier Documents page.
Can you provide material certificates and inspection reports?
Yes. Depending on the order and agreed requirements, documentation may include a material test certificate, certificate of conformity, dimensional inspection results, chemical composition, mechanical properties, and batch identification.
Do you support third-party inspection?
Third-party inspection can be arranged when specified before order confirmation. Please identify the inspection agency, scope, acceptance criteria, witness points, and required reports in the RFQ so the related time and cost can be included.
Production & Delivery
Lead time, export packaging, shipment planning, and support after an order is placed.
What is the typical production lead time?
Lead time depends on raw material availability, quantity, processing complexity, inspection requirements, and production schedule. We provide an estimated delivery date with the quotation and reconfirm it when the order is accepted.
How are products packed for international shipment?
Packaging is selected for the product form and transport method. Typical protection may include clean wrapping, moisture barriers, edge or surface protection, reels or spools, reinforced cartons, and export-ready wooden cases or pallets.
Can you arrange international shipping?
Yes. We can coordinate courier, air, sea, or multimodal delivery and quote suitable Incoterms based on the destination and order. Import clearance, duties, and local compliance responsibilities are confirmed before shipment.
Have a specification ready?
Share your material, size, tolerance, quantity, and destination. We normally respond within 24 hours.
